The Applications are invited for the 2014 INSPIRE (Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research) Scholarship from the Central Government Science and Technology department. Totally 10 thousand INSPIRE scholarships are given every year. According to this Rs.80,000 will be given to the selected Persons.
From this Total Amount Rs.20,000 will be given to carry out the Summer Research Project. This Scholarship was given up to 5 years.
The Candidates who are applying for this scholarship should have completed +2 in 2014 from any of the accredited schools and now they should undergo any of the following education in India i.e B.sc, B.Sc (honours), Four year BS and five year Integrated Msc., or BS-MS in Nature or basic science Field.
Apart from this the student should have the Completed the +2 in first class and also the student should be one of the best rank holders in the National Entrance exam. Percentage for each state student is notified INSPIRE scholarship please refer it for the details.
Not Only this those who had got the rank among the First 10 thousand students in the JEE Main and Advanced exam and also in the National Eligibility and Entrance Exam can also apply for this scholarship.
One can visit the website online-inspire.gov.in for the Online application of this scholarship. The Online Application can be submitted till 31st october, 2014. Also the necessary documents and the passport size photograph should be uploaded.
This year no hard copies of printed application forms are requested as like previous years, just take print out after the final submit and keep it yourself for reference. All the certificates which are necessary to apply online must be uploaded for the acceptance of application, it should be in pdf soft copy format and they should not exceed 1mb size limit.
